We want the best for you and that’s why we offer our training at a fraction of the price others do. We also supplement what is built to make sure you are successful while you learn at your pace. It’s hard to take a week off, which is why we offer everything we have online for life.

We want you to be independent. That is why our content is designed to teach you what you need to know to be successful without a lifeline. But, if you need a lifeline, we are here to support you if you need.

We also know that some people don’t have time to learn how to add world class functionality. They also don’t have the expertise to build it efficiently. However, they still want their users to experience the best. This is why we offer our Lightning Lessons. They consist of short courses that walk you through business rules that are designed to be plug and play to solve common business problems. Within an hour, you have the scripts to optimize and add functionality otherwise impossible to do.

Time Commitments

It’s hard to dedicate the amount of time required to master Groovy with Oracle Cloud. Learning is not your ONLY job, and we know that. It’s difficult to take days or weeks to focus on it.

Reducing Scheduling Conflicts

Having live classes also forces you into a time-frame that often is poorly scheduled. Your operations, whether it be budget cycles or closing your financials, won’t change so you can learn. We are flexible so you can learn when you can focus and learn best.

Learning in Chunks Increases Memory Capacity and Improves Recall

Learning for 8 hours a day can be overwhelming. We can only absorb so much before we get tired and lose focus. You learn at the speed whether it’s an hour a day or eight hours a day.

Learning this way increases working memory capacity by reducing memory load. It improves recall by organizing long-term memory for information in perceived stimuli, motor sequences, or cognitive representations. Chunking also extends the ability to recognize information and perform tasks at a later time.

Our sessions are typically between one and two hours.  This allows you to understand what is being shared.  It allows you to digest the material and work through the labs with no time constraints.

Repetition Reinforces Understanding

Learning in chucks is only the beginning. Whether you want to improve your jump shot or tie your shoes, doing it once won’t make you good at it. The same applies to building quick and reusable Groovy scripts.  These courses discuss and explain the important concepts multiple times and in multiple ways. They are reinforced verbally and again in hands-on labs.

More than 500 people have taken some form of training and we get very few questions for clarifications or help, which is a byproduct of this approach.
